These lessons are not strictly speaking dance lessons. They focus exclusively on limbering-up exercises, streching, relaxation and well-being, through Oriental Dance postures and basic movements, and techniques inspired from Yoga. They are intended for those who want to relax and feel good in their body and their mind through a physical activity related to dance, without having to take academic dance lessons. Depending on their duration, sessions are structured differently. |

Private Lessons Private tuition allows each student to train and progress at her own rhythm, without stress, and discover that way the sheer pleasure of dancing. Lessons can be taken individually, with another person, or in a mini-group of 3 to 4 students, if you have friends who whish to share the lesson with you.
